Our process
Discovery. Get in touch with Smooth and we’ll work with you to assess whether you meet the Ministry of Manpower’s requirements to issue you a visa. If you do, we’ll work with you to figure out what type of visa you qualify for.
Submission. If you’re likely to qualify for an EP or LOC, we’ll ask you to supply us with the documents the Ministry of Manpower will want to see to assess your application. Once we’ve received your documents, we’ll double check everything and then file your application.
Approval. You can count on us to monitor your application closely and keep you updated on its status. In the event your first application is rejected – and it happens – we’ll work with you to file an appeal. Then, sit back and wait for the Ministry of Manpower to process and approve your application.
